Susan Matheis Biography

I am a full time agent and I have been selling real estate for 12 years.  I have lived in the WNY area my entire life.  I enjoy working with home buyers and sellers and recently have gained valuable experience helping several clients retain their homes during these difficult financial times.    I believe it is my job to provide you with the all necessary information in order to make an informed decision. 

I promise to keep you informed through-out the transaction, to answer your questions honestly and to get you the answers if I don't know them. I work with a team of individuals, including banks, attorneys and home inspectors, with several for you to choose from so that you are comfortable with your choice.

It is my goal to make this as worry free a time as possible for this transitional time in your life.
