Meet Our Co-Founder Dana
Born and raised in Rochester, NY, Dana is the passionate and driven founder of Bellissima Home LLC. With deep roots in her community, Dana spent eight years working at a local restaurant where she developed her commitment to hard work, hospitality, and genuine connection. She later channeled that same dedication into launching her own beauty business as a successful lash artist, combining creativity with entrepreneurship.

Dana’s journey into real estate was deeply personal. In 2021, after the heartbreaking loss of her father, she inherited a run-down property and found herself navigating the unfamiliar world of real estate during one of the most difficult times in her life. Without the right support or guidance, she placed her trust in people she believed were close friends—only to be taken advantage of and persuaded to sell the home far below its value. That experience opened her eyes to how vulnerable sellers can be in the wholesale process, especially during emotionally charged transitions.

Motivated to make sure no one else has to go through what she did, Dana obtained her real estate license and teamed up with her best friend of 23 years, Nicholas, to launch Bellissima Home LLC. Together, they set out to change the narrative around wholesale real estate—offering sellers honesty, compassion, and the expertise they need to make confident, informed decisions.

Dana’s mission is clear: to create a trusted team that supports people during life’s most challenging transitions and help them get the value they deserve. With Bellissima Home LLC, she’s turning her pain into purpose—and building a company rooted in transparency, integrity, and real impact.
Meet Our Co-Founder Nick
Nicholas, the founder of Bellissima Home LLC, brings a unique blend of compassion, strategy, and entrepreneurial spirit to the world of real estate. Before launching the company in 2022, Nicholas dedicated over a decade to education—first as a high school business teacher, then as a school counselor. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Niagara University and a Master’s in School Counseling from the University of Rochester, developing a deep understanding of human connection, problem-solving, and leadership along the way.
After years of helping students unlock their potential, Nicholas decided to follow his own passion: real estate. Fueled by a desire to support others, he obtained his real estate license and immersed himself in the world of property investment. Recognizing a gap in the wholesale market—where many transactions lacked transparency and integrity—he founded Bellissima Home LLC to do things differently.
Nicholas approaches real estate with the same heart and dedication he brought to education. His mission is to change the narrative around wholesale real estate by prioritizing trust, communication, and lasting value. Today, he partners with investors, sellers, and developers to source off-market opportunities that benefit all parties—not just on paper, but in real life.
