With Canalside, you can expect a savings of 2-3% of the sales price of your home. For example; if your home sells for $300,000, a traditional brokerage will charge you $18,000 (3% + 3% = 6%).
Canalside will collect $3,750 (1.25%) and the buyer's agent will collect $6,000 (2%) for a total of $9,750. That’s a savings of $8,250!!
